Delivery and collection

After payment is confirmed we pack the order and hand it to a courier. Transit time depends on the destination and customs. Most parcels take 7–21 days; remote areas can take longer.

We email the tracking number when the courier accepts the parcel. You can also open Track an order with your order number and checkout email.

Import duty, VAT and brokerage are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product page says otherwise. Please use a name and address that can receive international parcels.

If a courier desk asks you to collect, that is their local arrangement, not a Novakeji shop. Bring ID matching the name on the order.

We are not responsible for parcels refused at customs, incorrect addresses, or unclaimed packages that the courier returns or destroys.
