Returns policy
If an item is not right, you can send it back within 30 days of delivery. We inspect it, then refund the goods. This page is the full rule; the short line on the home page does not replace it.
What you can return
Unused items in original packaging, with tags still attached if they had tags. Beauty, underwear, and perishable goods cannot be returned once unsealed, unless they arrived damaged or not as described.
If we sent the wrong item or it arrived broken, take photos of the parcel and the product before you throw anything away, then email us. In those cases we cover the return postage or send a replacement.
How a return works
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason. We reply with a return address. Do not post the parcel until we confirm.
You pay return shipping unless the item is faulty or not as described. The original outbound fee of $8 is not refunded when you simply change your mind.
Refunds go back in USDT to the address that paid, or by another method we agree in writing. Allow several business days after we receive the parcel.
