Supplier policy

Novakeji is a store, not a marketplace. Customers cannot open a seller shop here. This page is for factories, brands and distributors who want to supply us, and for buyers who need a bulk quote.

Selling to us

Send a short company introduction, product list, MOQ, FOB or EXW pricing, lead time, and compliance documents (for example CE, FCC, or material tests) to [email protected] with the subject “Supply”.

We do not take listing fees, and we do not let third parties check out as “sellers” on this website. If we stock your goods, we buy them and we are the merchant of record for the customer.

Buying in bulk

For cartons or mixed pallets, email the SKUs, quantities and destination port or city. Wholesale pricing is quoted case by case and is not the same as the retail price on the site.

Payment for wholesale orders is agreed in the quote, usually USDT (TRC20). Do not transfer to any address except the one we send on Novakeji letterhead or from [email protected].
